**Job Summary**:
As a Real Estate Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office & real estate school. You will be the backbone of our team, responsible for managing office processes, assisting real estate agents, and providing top-notch administrative support. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service will contribute to our continued success and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize office electronic files, records, and documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and plan office events, meetings & classes.
- Manage student registration, transcripts, and grading.
- Report student hours and course completion as necessary.
- Track student attendance, communicate with students and instructors as necessary.
- Maintain classroom, class materials and support instructors when needed.

**Client Relations**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to client & school inquiries
- Maintain a client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

**Office Operations**:

- Oversee office supplies and inventory, replenishing as necessary.
- Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure a well-maintained office environment.

**Transaction Support**:

- Assist agents with transaction paperwork, contracts, and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on key dates and deadlines to ensure transactions progress smoothly.

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and listings.
- Manage social media accounts and online listings to promote the company and real estate class offerings.
- Help organize and execute marketing and promotional events.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with training development processes is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
