Staff Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Contract Administrator to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for administering, extending, negotiating, and terminating contracts, as well as conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and non-standard contracts, and interdivisional contracts.
- Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare bids; process specifications, progress, and other reports; advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical information.
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant directly related experience, or Master's degree and 13+ years of directly relevant experience.
- Strong technical acumen in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe.
- In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS and demonstrated experience with different contract types.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and effectively bring projects to completion.
- Must have capable & effective proposal development skills, excellent negotiation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance, with the most recent periodic investigation completed in the last 5 years.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry.
- Extensive DoD Contracting experience with USG and Prime customers.
- Experience working restricted programs, proven ability to work in closed program areas.
- NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM).

Salary Range: $130,100 - $195,100
