We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC Project Coordinator.

As an HVAC Project Coordinator at Ener-con Technical Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects. Working closely with our project managers, technicians, and clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule resources, including technicians, equipment, and materials, for project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any deviations from the plan.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services as needed.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.
- Support project managers in the resolution of any project-related disputes or conflicts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or management in the HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
