  • Align Public Safety security protocols with Next Generation emergency response systems.
  • Guarantee adherence to industry standards and security frameworks.
  • Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

SCOPE OF SERVICES: IT Security Project Coordination

  • Provide project management support for Next Generation emergency response systems.
  • Facilitate security evaluations and assessments of system components.
  • Oversee system performance, functionality, and operational readiness.
  • Integrate Public Safety security measures with Next Generation systems.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for IT security initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT security project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Possession of a professional security certification (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CISM).
  • Technical expertise in an enterprise environment related to emergency services.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in project and resource planning.
