Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Construction Manager's Office with environmental engineering support functions for construction capital projects.
  • Document Management: Review and manage various construction-related documents, including drawings, specifications, and RFI's.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate daily project management activities for the Construction Manager according to Project Management Procedure/Guidelines.
  • Communication: Work with the Construction Manager to meet project goals, attend project coordination meetings with stakeholders, and prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Field Support: Manage the coordination of field visits, surveys, and inspections.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in an engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration field. One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering projects. Possession of 30-hour OSHA (Construction) certification. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with Auto CAD and MTA design standards and guidelines preferred.
