**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in New York, NY. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Free Country, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle. You will also partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques and best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
