**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscape services market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote landscape services to potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our landscape services to clients.
- Project Coordination:

- Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution of landscaping projects.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during project implementation.
- Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our service offerings.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

**Required Experience and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of landscape Industry experience
- 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Suite; familiarity using CRM and other software programs
- Meticulous about ensuring that numbers and other data are correct, proposals are completed on time and accurately.
