Summary:

Registration Account Manager, Junior serves as the primary contact to external clients and collaborates with SPARGO’s internal departments to provide registration services for established clients. Position reports to and supports the Associate Director of Registration and works closely with mentoring Registration Account Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the registrations process for multiple conferences or tradeshows.
  2. Works with mentoring Registration Account Manager to communicate and manage client/show needs and expectations.
  3. Develop, manage, and maintain production timeline for registration systems launches and tasks.
  4. Document and communicate business rules, data exchanges and policies for each client.
  5. Update registration application configuration based on client business requirements and system standards.
  6. Maintain/Update report specifications for external clients as well as SPARGO’s internal departments in conjunction with mentoring Registration Account Manager.
  7. Test and monitor registration data, reports, website, and applications(s) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation.
  9. Update and test badge specifications including name badges, tickets, and data encoding to be used for lead retrieval and session access control.
  10. Develop onsite registration requirements and processes including layouts, equipment needs and temporary staff scheduling and management.
  11. Coordinates with the registration finance manager for financial processing and reporting for each show.
  12. Evaluate and communicate internal staffing requirements.
  13. Delegate, oversee and inspect projects assigned to support staff.
  14. Track registration expenses for services, equipment, and materials.
  15. Maintains historical files for all shows including sample materials and data.
  16. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (computer & communication skills, training, certification, etc.):
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Must be organized and can multi-task.
  3. Proficiency with MS Office.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Ability to think critically.
  6. Ability to trouble shoot.
  7. Self-starter.
  8. Team player.
Education and/or Experience:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent, BS preferred.
  2. 1+ years of website testing.
  3. 2+ years trade show or and/or meeting planning experience.
  4. 1+ years database experience.


Travel Required: 25%
