Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage registration processes for multiple events
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide registration services to clients
  • Develop and maintain production timelines for registration system launches and tasks
  • Document and communicate business rules, data exchanges, and policies for each client
  • Update registration application configuration based on client business requirements and system standards
  • Maintain and update report specifications for external clients and internal departments
  • Test and monitor registration data, reports, websites, and applications to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Update and test badge specifications, including name badges, tickets, and data encoding for lead retrieval and session access control
  • Develop onsite registration requirements and processes, including layouts, equipment needs, and temporary staff scheduling and management
  • Coordinate with the registration finance manager for financial processing and reporting for each event
  • Evaluate and communicate internal staffing requirements
  • Delegate, oversee, and inspect projects assigned to support staff
  • Track registration expenses for services, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain historical files for all events, including sample materials and data
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and able to multitask
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, BS preferred
  • 1+ years of website testing
  • 2+ years of trade show or meeting planning experience
  • 1+ years of database experience

Travel required: 25%
