Key Responsibilities- Sell exhibit space through telephone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Generate and nurture new sales leads.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales closed, pipeline, and activities.
- Maintain relationships with core exhibitors through regular communication and site visits.
- Create bundled sales packages combining exhibit space, sponsorships, and online advertising opportunities.
- Travel for on-site sales and prospecting at industry events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge by reading leading journals and conducting online research.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of CRM applications and a2z software.
2-3 years of experience in exhibit, sponsorship, and/or advertising sales.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Travel required: 25%
