**What you’ll do at Clarke Public Accounting**

This is a new position in our firm, designed to offload the owner from day to day admin functions of the firm and the team. We anticipate the working hours to vary during the year, more during the height of tax and extension season, less during the summer and holidays.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Client Bookkeeping and 1099 Processing
- Management Productivity Reports
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- A/R & A/P
- New Client Onboarding
- Client and Staff Concierge
- Tax Preparation Workflow Administration
- General Office Administration Duties

**What you need to apply**
- QBO Certification with 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Office 365 expert
- Accounting Office Administration with 5 years of experience
- Payroll & 1099 processing experience
- Tax Preparation Workflow understanding
- A/R & A/P
