The Recovery Agents is growing and looking for eager **Outbound Sales Representatives **to join our Surplus Recovery team. The Recovery Agents, LLC is a fast-growing company that focuses on asset recovery opportunities in the distressed real-estate domain. We are looking for adaptable team-players who are ready to learn. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you must be comfortable working in a call-center environment. If you have an outgoing attitude and are skilled in establishing rapport quickly over the phone this is the perfect position for you. **ALL TRAINING TO BE PROVIDED. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
Our environment here at The Recovery Agents is collaborative, fast-paced and fun. No certificate or license is needed; professional training will be provided. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
**Duties**
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and text messages to homeowners, using a pre-provided list of phone numbers and a pre-provided script.
- Answer inbound phone calls and direct the call towards the appropriate team-mate internally.
- Make updates in the internal software tool with details on the outbound calls made.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- An ability to perform a high volume of outbound phone calls
- An outgoing attitude and pleasant phone demeanor are required.
- Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn proprietary software
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
