Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience creating content and managing social media channels.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices
- Debt settlement, lending, or other financial services background **required**.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in management tools like Sprout Social and analytics tools.
- Experience in budget management and financial decision-making.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and agile approach to social media and community management
