**Position Summary**:
Assist Facilities Support personnel with the processing of work orders, inventory stock levels, invoices, and other office-related functions
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily review and cleanup of error reports
- Coordinates replenishment of service parts inventory
- Manages purchasing and purchase orders for field service technicians
- Purchases replacement equipment, service parts, and other items
- Coordinates shipment/delivery of parts and equipment
- Process orders for parts and equipment
- Assist with vendor onboarding and support
- Research and respond to vendor inquiries
- Monitors status of purchase orders and follows up with suppliers
- Assists with administration of ServiceChannel, SharePoint, inventory, and other software
- Assists supervisors and managers with the administration of technician work orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Working Relationships**: Internal: Facilities Managers & Technicians, Store Managers & Operations Team, Construction Project Managers, Construction Warehouse team, Accounting Dept
**Preferred Education**: Associated degree in related field
**Minimum Experience**: Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
**Preferred Experience**: 1-2 accounts payable, dispatch or other administrative related field Soft Skills: Ability to work well with teams, write and speak effectively, detail oriented
**Hours & Conditions**: 8am - 4:30pm M-F
**Driving Requirement**: Daily driving will not be required
**Travel**: No travel requirement
**Other**: Excellent analytical and communication skills required.
