HR Operations Coordinator

As an HR Operations Coordinator at Cumberland Farms Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting field supervisory personnel with HR-related functions. This includes ensuring team members are paid accurately, that policies and laws are applied correctly, and that team member records are maintained and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:- Support field supervisory personnel in assigned states by providing guidance on HR data processes.
- Validate and/or update data keyed in the field, including rehires, transfers, pay increases, promotions, and demotions.
- Prepare data for personnel files by organizing paperwork and creating coversheets for scanning.
- Research issues by reviewing audit trails and stored documents.
- Review I-9s and other documentation to ensure policies and laws are being adhered to, and advise field supervisory personnel of any issues that arise.
- Handle other projects as needed, including relationships with outside vendors, ordering department supplies, and regular mailings.
Interact daily with Retail field supervisory personnel from Store Managers up to Division Vice Presidents, and occasionally with outside vendors.
Requirements:- Minimum Education: High School
- Preferred Education: Associates or some college
- Minimum Experience: One year office experience with a customer service focus, some data entry
- Preferred Experience: Basic Microsoft Word and Excel
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, solid organizational skills
