This position will be responsible for all inventory and purchasing for our office coffee, pantry warehouse. Located in central Phoenix, minutes from Downtown.

Canteen is looking for a dynamic, energetic self starter to join our team. This position requires strong Excel Skills with ability to use Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Filtering and Sorting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Locating suppliers
- Researching goods, services, and materials
- Processing purchasing orders
- Negotiating contracts and prices
- Managing relationships with vendors

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced Excel Skills including Pivot Tables, V- Look up, filtering and sorting required.
- Previous experience as a purchasing agent or in a similar position.
- Strong working knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, and financial terms.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- A self-started with the ability to work both independently and part of team.
- Proven skill in analyzing data and identifying issues.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
