Aftermarket Consumables Inside Sales Representative

**Location**: On site in Shelton, CT.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned territory
- Accurate forecasting of sales and orders.
- Manage Volume Purchase Agreements for key accounts
- Achieve defined metrics associated within the inside sales channel.
- SalesLoft (CRM) compliance, outbound calls, lead conversions, opportunity creation and management, etc.
- Effectively drive lead conversion, campaign ROI and willingly prospect and discover new sales opportunities.
- Utilize consultative sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and drive cross-selling within territory.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Must be results-driven and possess the ability to utilize exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to work within a Team Selling Model and engage field-based resources as necessary to advance opportunities.
- Aptitude to learn new systems and retain technical information.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex organization, while influencing decisions.
- Highly effective time management and organizational skills.
- Process orientated, with a strong knowledge of selling, marketing & the customer care process.
- Commutable to Shelton, CT Monday-Friday.
