- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Transcribe notes and correspondence
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role such as Dental Receptionist,
- Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Proficiency in CareStack and Dentrix Ascend;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with front desk duties is a plus
- Knowledge of basic office management practices
