Front Desk Coordinator/sales

We are looking for an energetic, self motivated, reliable and positive Front Desk Coordinator/Sales person to become a permanent member part of our spa team.

The primary role of a Front Desk Coordinator (FC) is to:

- Sell salon massage/facial memberships, retail products, and gift cards
- Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences.
- Meet / Exceed sales goals
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members.
- Available to work flexible hours and days including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Clean and sanitize spa
- Complete marketing activities

Skills Required
- Sales Focused
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Takes initiative
- Focus and attention to detail and ability to follow a plan
- Reliable, trustworthy and disciplined to processes
- General computer and math ability
