**Business Development Representative - Partner Sales**
**About** **This Role**:
Our Global Business Development Team is instrumental in supporting our Sales teams' pipeline by focusing on generating new business through impactful outreach, prospecting, and account development. This Business Development Representative (BDR) position plays a crucial role in building and broadening the sales pipeline for Suvoda's Partner Sales team. This Sales team specializes in engaging with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) worldwide, facilitating partnerships to effectively support sponsors in the clinical trial space. **What You'll Do**:
- Develop and manage pipeline of accounts and prospects to achieve Qualified Meetings and Opportunities Targets to directly contribute to Partner Sales' pipeline.
- Effectively engage with prospects to gain insight on challenges and pain points to effectively communicate Suvoda's value proposition.
- Research and strategize on companies and prospects to identify key targets and approach.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and objectives.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation role in a B2B environment is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Competitive mindset and results-oriented.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and/ or sales automation tools for lead management is a plus.
