RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support sales efforts by preparing standardized offer letters and tracking buyer interest
- Complete digital marketing collateral with relevant information on hotel properties through basic online research
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation and prospecting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Punctual and reliable
- Quick learner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in google sheets/gmail, and other basic task management software.
- Proficient typist and ability to write with professional etiquette.
- Ability to work independently with training and close instruction.
