Compensation:

$70,000 - $130,000 based on commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits with clients, presenting property features along with financial and analytical insights
  • Manage client negotiations and transactions, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal standards
  • Analyze comparable properties to establish fair market values for clients
  • Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify potential repairs that may influence purchase or sale negotiations
  • Build and nurture relationships with businesses across various sectors to foster future growth opportunities
  • Generate leads and follow up on commercial prospects
  • Schedule and conduct commercial sales appointments
  • Master sales scripts to enhance client interactions
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Demonstrated expertise in industry practices and leasing terminology
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
  • A valid real estate license is mandatory
  • Opportunity for commission-based earnings
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office
