- Convert potential homebuyers into qualified leads through consistent follow-up and effective communication, integrating them into the sales pipeline.
- Draft representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases to ensure seamless transactions.
- Host open houses to connect with potential clients and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
- Identify prospective homebuyers and provide them with insights on available properties that align with their needs and financial plans.
- Conduct lead follow-up.
- Engage in both team and individual sales efforts.
