Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Support office operations
- Transcribe and type documents as needed
- Utilize computerized systems and software, including I-linked and DocuSign to complete tasks efficiently

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties
- Previous experience in event planning or customer support is a plus
- Understanding what constitutes a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is essential.
- Proficient in order entry processes and inventory management
- Familiarity with PEO operations is an advantage
- Ability to utilize computerized systems and software for data entry and document management
- Proficient in transcribing and typing documents accurately
