Job Title: Dispatch Office Assistant
Location: Van Nuys, CA
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our team, streamlining processes, and implementing new ideas to help us achieve our goals.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records, handling office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues.
- Answer incoming calls on the main line promptly and professionally.
- Identify potential clients' needs and concerns and schedule meetings or inspections accordingly.
- Coordinate and keep track of supervisors' schedules, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with field supervisors to relay important information and updates from clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all dispatching activities and client interactions.
**Experience**:
- Dispatch or Customer Service (1 year)
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
- Office Assistant or Administration (1 year)
Pay: $18-21/hour
**Benefits**:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
