Logistics
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, receiving documents, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate person or voicemail.
Organize and maintain office files.
Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
Provide general administrative support to staff members.
Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.
Provides office communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, and informing customers of order status.

Salary: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Romulus, MI: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
