This position is located in Phoenix, AZ. The Executive Assistant provides support to the President/CEO and is a liaison with our Board of Directors, various councils, and committees as well as donors.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

- Assists the CEO in writing reports and correspondence.
- Prepares and coordinates materials for executive-related meetings.
- Prepares materials and coordinates logistics of board, committee, and leadership councils, including orientations, meetings, communications, and CEO related assignments.
- Builds rapport with the Board of Directors and various committees and councils to engage all members.
- Maintains files for Board of Directors to be compliant with standards, including tracking documents, onboarding materials, minutes, agendas, etc.
- Maintains board and leadership rosters to be current and easily accessible by the CEO
- Creates and prepares orientation and training materials as scheduled
- Promotes and upholds NPFY’s mission, serving as an ambassador for the organization
- Provides prompt, courteous, and professional internal and external customer service skills, including responding to internal and external communications promptly and attentively.
- Manages the CEO schedule.
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by organizational leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or related degree area OR two plus years of directly related experience in supporting executive positions
- Demonstrated drive for results through proactive action and planning

- Ability to implement critical thinking strategies to successfully execute tasks

- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance eligible or approved
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Additional details**

Salary is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $55,000-$65,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision coverage that New Pathways for Youth contributes to and generous time off package. Generally, the hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, however will require some weekends and evenings. New Pathways for Youth is an equal opportunity employer.
