- Assistant in project coordination and management
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule service appointment with residents
- Update vendor portals and upload photos to the correct files
- Order equipment and manage equipment logistics as needed
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
