**Summary**

We are currently seeking a full-time childcare professional to work with children ages 6 weeks to 3 years. Applicant must be flexible in hours worked and have some experience working with young children. Position includes up to 32 hours per week, paid holidays, sick time and vacation time. Position reports to Infant/Toddler Coordinator. Most be comfortable moving between different age groups.

**Duties**
- Assisting classroom staff
- Actively engage with children ages 6 weeks-3 years
- Maintaining a clean classroom space
- Help provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Following developmentally appropriate feeding schedules
- Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to childcare center.
- Follow all center policies and state regulations.
- Maintain 18 hours of Professional Development yearly.
- Ability to work within the hours of 630a
- 5:30, with flexibly based on classroom needs.

**Requirements**:

- GED or High School diploma and experience working with young children.
- High energy.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must clear full background check
