We are seeking a **Senior Strategist, Paid Search **who will play an important role in our future growth plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize integrated Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM), YouTube, Shopping, Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns based on industry best practices.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and keep up to date with emerging trends
- Participate in and help lead internal and client presentations on performance reporting and insights, opportunities, and emerging trends
- Assist in leading further development of processes and automation, optimization schedules, training, and overall capabilities across internal teams
- Foster a "one-team" mindset, and be willing to help assist team members where needed

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the paid search ecosystem
- Agency experience required
- Solid understanding of Paid YouTube strategies and best practices preferred
- Strong foundation and passion for digital media and advertising landscape. Experience in running tactics outside of search a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex client campaigns and relationships against performance metrics
- Experience utilizing bid-management platforms (Search Ads 360, Skai, Marin) to support and manage campaigns
- Expertise within Google/Bing editor platforms
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to speak with and present to internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Google / Microsoft Certification preferred
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude including Microsoft Excel and math proficiency
- Ability to think proactively, maintain a high level of productivity, and manage multiple priorities
- Desire to work within a collaborative team setting while also being able to work independently
