We are in search of a motivated and passionate Fitness Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of Newtown Athletic Club.

The Fitness Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and implementing marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, foster community connections, and stimulate business expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies to showcase our fitness and sports offerings.
  • Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and paid promotions.
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, utilizing data to refine and enhance outcomes.
Content Development:
  • Produce captivating and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with creative professionals to generate high-quality visual content.
  • Manage and enhance our social media presence by scheduling content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
Community Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local fitness advocates, community organizations, and partners.
  • Organize and execute community events, workshops, and partnerships to boost brand visibility and customer interaction.
  • Act as a representative of our brand at events and within the community, embodying our mission and values.
Market Insights:
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and industry changes to inform marketing tactics.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to enhance our services and customer satisfaction.
Brand Management:
  • Assist in defining and articulating our brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and uphold brand guidelines and marketing materials.
Sales Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive membership and program sales.
  • Support customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing strategies.
*Availability: Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally within the fitness or sports sector.
