Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies to showcase our fitness and sports offerings.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and paid promotions.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, utilizing data to refine and enhance outcomes.
- Produce captivating and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with creative professionals to generate high-quality visual content.
- Manage and enhance our social media presence by scheduling content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with local fitness advocates, community organizations, and partners.
- Organize and execute community events, workshops, and partnerships to boost brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Act as a representative of our brand at events and within the community, embodying our mission and values.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Keep track of competitor activities and industry changes to inform marketing tactics.
- Gather and interpret customer feedback to enhance our services and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in defining and articulating our brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all marketing channels.
- Develop and uphold brand guidelines and marketing materials.

- Support customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally within the fitness or sports sector.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
