Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialitst and play a vital role in our finance department. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience with accounting software like EMS(ERP systems).

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel, and helpful to have knowledge in ERP systems
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Experience with coding and journal entries
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus

Pay: $47,860.57 - $57,638.54 per year
