Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of direct reports
- Set goals and manage performance
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, reduce overdue accounts, and enhance overall Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics
- Engage with senior management at assigned accounts
- Facilitate regular meetings with staff and stakeholders to discuss performance objectives
- Identify and communicate issues affecting overall Accounts Receivable performance to management
- Exercise independent judgment in decision-making that impacts both internal and external clients
- Mentor and support direct reports in their career growth
- Conduct site visits to assess performance with business leaders
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting processes for management and executive teams
You are adept at interacting with individuals across various levels, functions, and cultures. You provide timely and useful information throughout the organization. You embrace challenges and demonstrate initiative in complex situations, skillfully identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. You offer clear guidance and accountability, maintaining open communication about progress and results. You foster a sense of urgency and establish accountability within your team, driving both personal and team success.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Results-oriented and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel as required by management
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects
