Position Overview:

You will oversee specific accounts and manage the collection activities of a substantial Accounts Receivable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of direct reports
  • Set goals and manage performance
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, reduce overdue accounts, and enhance overall Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics
  • Engage with senior management at assigned accounts
  • Facilitate regular meetings with staff and stakeholders to discuss performance objectives
  • Identify and communicate issues affecting overall Accounts Receivable performance to management
  • Exercise independent judgment in decision-making that impacts both internal and external clients
  • Mentor and support direct reports in their career growth
  • Conduct site visits to assess performance with business leaders
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting processes for management and executive teams
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • At least two years of supervisory experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Results-oriented and proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel as required by management
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
