**Location**:Main Office, Fort Wayne, IN

**Hours**:7:30 AM -5:30 PM M-Th, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM F (includes some evening and weekends)

**Starting Salary Range**:$47,000Annually

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Provide customer service to CLC member employers and their employees. Respond to common and unique challenges user experience with the program or the KENN system.
- Elevate issues, when appropriate to CLC of America.
- Act as the point of contact for member employers. Plan and enact employee outreach and communications efforts. Administer the payroll deduction process weekly with Brightpoint's Fiscal Department. Coordinate with the Training Development Specialist employer requested Personal Financial Foundations training.
- Proactively identify and engage potential member employers, collaborating with senior staff to establish connections and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Facilitating the on-boarding process and employee roll-out upon sign up by an employer.
- Identifying program and process improvements for consideration by senior staff and/or the CLC of American network. Develop solutions to recurring problems.
- Support organizational and divisional programs and meetings by contributing content, preparing materials, and assisting in the execution of the programming, as assigned.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials and participate in community events.
- Maintain all client information in an organized manner; maintain appropriate security for confidential information.
- Adhere to Brightpoint personnel policies, EEO/AA requirements, fiscal procedures and all other workplace rules/guidelines.
- Implement Brightpoint Values at all times.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance, social work) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and handle customer service situations.
- Experience with program management and implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in basic computer operation, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams, ensuring efficient and effective communication and task management.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and programs, maintaining a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- When driving for Brightpoint, the employee must have a valid Indiana driver's license and must maintain minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 on auto insurance.
