Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to work directly for the company owners. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The company is a real estate management and development company. This is a part-time position with opportunity to grow into a full time position

**Duties**:

- Perform general office duties, including organizing And filing project information
- Assist with paperwork collection related to contractors and projects
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with interior design planning and coordination
- Provide customer service and support to on site managers
- Process orders and handle order entry tasks
- Support project coordination as needed

**Experience**:

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in administration support roles is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in project coordination is a bonus
- Strong data entry skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
