**Responsibilities and Qualifications**

The Cadillac Brand Specialist (Sales Consultant) position gives you the opportunity to build your own book of business and provides an unlimited earning potential. The Sales Consultant will provide the client a unique and extraordinary car purchase experience by assisting them from the beginning to the end of the purchase process.
- Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
- Prospect for new and current clients
- Learn and utilize all company provided software including the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Greet prospective and repeat clients on the service drive and analyze their position towards buying another vehicle
- Work in partnership with the F&I Team to resolve any outstanding contracts or incomplete deals
- Follow up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashion
- Have an understanding of all F&I products and assist in providing a needs/benefit analysis
- Be accountable for departmental performance standards, including but not limited to; “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, “Finance & Lease” and vehicles sold
- Have proper knowledge of products and current market trends Meets/Exceeds Cadillac of Calabasas and manufacturer training and certification plans and standards
- Utilize all Cadillac of Calabasas and manufacture required tools, software and processes to meet and/or exceed set standards
- Know and understand processes and programs to achieve client satisfaction
- Know and understand the Cadillac of Calabasas Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements
- Read and understand all company policies and procedures in the company handbook
- Attend weekly department meetings
- Follow other duties that may be assigned
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
