Full Charge Bookkeeper/office Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Enter monthly bookkeeping and reconcile client accounts
- Communicate any questions to clients and follow up prior to review
- Access client portals to retrieve client information
- Calculate payroll including overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll with clients.
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system and distribute paychecks
- Process employee benefit payments
- Manage client files and records
**Skills**
- Experience as full-charge bookkeeper, minimum 5 years
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Knowledge of public accounting rules and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Quickbooks (desktop and online)
- Trustworthy with attention to detail and client confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
This is an in-house position, remote applicants need not apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
