Notre Dame Research has openings for several part-time student office assistants. Students from Notre Dame, Saint Mary's, Holy Cross or other colleges may apply. Notre Dame students will have the possibility to continue their employment through the 2024-2025 academic year. This position is on-campus and our office is located in the Main Building (Golden Dome). General responsibilities include assisting office staff as requested, greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner, answering the phones, monitoring office supplies and kitchen/conference room refreshments, running errands, scanning, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, and ordering meals as necessary. Students may be required to participate in golf cart training and may be asked to transport VIP guests and Senior Leadership around campus. Additional tasks may arise during event preparation. Events may include Advisory Council visits, special visitors or events within the Research Department. Special projects/other duties may also be assigned by members of the Senior Leadership Staff.
