**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Install & configure point of sale software, integrating credit card software and point of sale peripheral hardware devices.
- Improve existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations.
- Maintain system functionality by testing computer components.
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential.
- Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Education.
- 1+ years’ experience in hardware and software troubleshooting & resolution.
- Hospitality/Restaurant/Retail experience a PLUS.
- Windows Troubleshooting & Familiarity.
- Android Troubleshooting & Familiarity.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Debugging IT infrastructure or software issues.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong ability to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts.

**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:

- CRM experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- Bilingual a PLUS (English and Spanish/Vietnamese/Chinese/Korean/French).
