We are a low-pace, patient oriented private practice. We’re aiming at providing patient with quality care that they deserves and integrate with the latest technologies to ensure the best services are provided under a comfy environment.
We hope to have long relationship both with our staff and patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise front office staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front office management role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is advantageous
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
