- Assist Chief Human Resources Officer in the overseeing and management of the performance appraisal system
- Assist with implementing the training needs to company.
- Assist with the employee life cycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding)
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Assist offsite locations with various requests.
- Support the Administrative functions biweekly payroll and ADP processing ( timesheets, PTO, )
- Build employee relations by addressing areas of improvement, understanding policies and HR support
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of human capital.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Knowledge of ADP and other HR systems and databases a plus
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
