As a Clinical Nurse (RN), you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care at Mission Hospital. Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership that promotes the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families. Execute medically prescribed interventions. As a regional resource pool RN, you will be expected to accept assignments across multiple member hospital locations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with the expectation to obtain a BSN within five years of hire into the RN role. Exemptions may be granted based on experience and will be tracked by the facility CNO.
