**JOB DESCRIPTION - B2B Marketing Specialist (3+ years experience)**

**Full-time. Hybrid: In-office three days per week.**

RTA Fleet Management is looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist (3+ years) to help the marketing and sales team with planning and tactical execution of key initiatives. You have acquired a foundational B2B marketing skillset and can display expertise in areas such as campaign management, events planning, Social media, sales enablement, and content ideation and creation. Most of all, you pay attention to detail and can receive and execute instructions with a great attitude.

**Requirements**:
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**- Project manage internal teams to ensure schedules are met and marketing programs are effective and delivered in a timely manner.
- Social Media: oversee channels to ensure brand and message uniformity.
- Events: Coordinate across the company to plan and execute internal company events, RTA partner events, virtual seminars, and large B2B industry tradeshows,
- Manage branded conference Swag/Tsotchkes (marketing logo items) and sales collateral. Order new materials and ship them to events.
- Speaker engagements: Identify speaking opportunities for our speakers and secure invitations by communicating compelling reasons to vendors.
- Sales enablement: Monitor the sales team and collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing assets, presentations, sell and spec sheets, marketing messaging, and direct/mass communications.
- Customer References - Maintain and support the RTA customer referral program through customer outreach, incentives, and tracking success.
- Assist with the promotion of our annual RTA Customer Conference.
- Distribution readiness: Writes and proofreads collateral materials, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
- Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating KPIs and running Hubspot and Google Analytics reports

**Key Results Areas (aka the Job Outcomes)**
- KPI attainment: Booth visits, Leads per Event, Social mentions, Meetings scheduled, Pipeline Generated, Return-on-Investment.
- Department due dates and deliverables are met.
- Effective sales and marketing department support.
- Successful trade show and events execution and reporting.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar experience
- 3+ years of work experience in B2B marketing, Writing, & Lead Gen.
- Has a foundational knowledge of B2B marketing principles.
- Events experience must include B2B tradeshows, projects, and digital marketing campaigns that support lead-generation goals.
- Possesses a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Experience using design software (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Has experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
- Occasional Travel (mostly local) for tradeshows and events.
