Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented Growth Marketing Coordinator to support our rapidly expanding market in Arizona. This role will involve regular collaboration with local and regional team members and will be actively engaged in key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and manage an annual schedule of over 100 marketing and growth events, catering to diverse audiences.
  2. Provide logistical support for events, including shipping, receiving, setup, and teardown based on specific event requirements.
  3. Ensure adequate staffing levels at each event, including participating as necessary.
  4. Deliver executive-level reports on events, detailing attendance estimates, leads generated, and budget expenditures.
  5. Collaborate with regional and local agent relations teams to support ongoing promotional initiatives, including events and in-clinic marketing.
  6. Assist in the development, planning, and execution of agent training sessions and networking opportunities.
  7. Coordinate the updating of marketing collateral templates for agents and assigned locations, ensuring consistent access to materials.
  8. Regularly visit assigned clinics to ensure that lobby marketing meets established standards and resupply materials as needed.
  9. Foster relationships with internal business partners to enhance support, understanding, and collaboration for events and marketing efforts.
  10. Ensure compliance of marketing activities and materials with relevant regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a matrixed environment related to marketing, advertising, growth, sales, or event management.
  • Specific experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • 3+ years in planning and executing marketing or sales events in a tactical role.
    • 3+ years in a deadline-driven marketing role within a matrixed environment.
    • 3+ years managing multiple priorities and cross-functional interactions.
    • 3+ years in prioritization and time management in a high-volume work setting.
    • 2+ years executing ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
    • 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, specialist, or manager.

Preferred:

  • Experience in advertising, marketing, sales, or event management within the healthcare or insurance sectors.
  • Direct experience working with agents, brokers, healthcare event organizers, and clinic personnel.
  • Familiarity with executing B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing strategies.
