We are looking for a full time employee to manage our moving schedule and the general day to day operations of our company. The job description is as follows:

- Manage office organization and basic daily operations.
- Answer client phone calls
- Schedule and book moves
- Maintain a professional, organized and clean work environment (this includes a private restroom)
- Keep up to date on moving supply inventories and make orders when necessary
- Meet with realtors and other professionals in town in order to promote Flagstaff Moving Company
- Help on packing jobs when needed
- Maintain fluidity and timeliness in our day by bringing supplies, food, additional vehicles to movers.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
