**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Advance Nursing Services is a staffing agency for Serenity Recuperative Care and Holliday’s Helping Hands which are organizations that care for homeless families and individuals - We support the cause and fight to end homelessness Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals, and safe locations to empower our clients to find their “**Journey to Home**.”

**Core Responsibilities**
- Oversee the safe and efficient running of a Site/Location. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring proper security protocols are in place, assuring appropriate staffing levels, and partnering with the management team to create a cohesive working environment.
- Lead/delegate responsibility for regularly-scheduled meetings, encouraging input from the team as well as delivering instructions, policy changes, and outlining areas for improvement.
- Interact with law enforcement, PET, and other medical and mental health teams on behalf of the patient with a proficient understanding of Harm Reduction and Patient Retention.
- With constant attention to Company’s objectives, assist in the establishment of policies and procedures to assure financial, mission, and safety objectives.
- Conduct chart audits ensuring the charts are up to Department of Health Services (DHS) and Company standards.
- Adhere to the program and guidelines set forth by Office Diversion and Re-Entry (ODR).
- Confirm patients are receiving care as determined by the DHS and ODR.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications or Requirements**
- High school diploma with a Bachelor Degree in Business relevant field desired
- Three years’ Program Management experience required
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required
- Conflict management and/or de-escalation experience required
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Current BLS certification
- Recent Physical and TB Report within past year
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
- Previously worked at a traditional housing facility
