**Job Objective**:Streamline operations to reduce administrative roll & agents time,
while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and expanding our market
share in the local area.
**Real Estate Administrative Assistant Job Summary**
We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing
team. Responsibilities include multiple duties to support the real estate sales team
such as answering and making calls on the phone, taking messages, scheduling
appointments, prepare real estate forms, documents, and correspondence,
ordering supplies, keeping track of all transaction documents in the client
database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important
deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final
walkthroughs. handle updating information on the MLS,
**Real Estate Administrative Assistant Qualifications & Skills**:
The assistant must be an extremely WELL ORGANIZED and disciplined MULTI
- TASKER with good written and verbal communication skills as well as a high level
proactive, taking the initiative to research issues, learn new things and solve
problems on their own. This person must be ethical, trustworthy, and reliable.
Must be good with numbers, summarizing information, and analyzing situations in
order to act appropriately.
**Real Estate Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage all systems for sellers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back office support.
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure Command is being updated in the time of closing.
- Maintain contact lists on CRM and, monitor deadlines and provide notices t appropriate parties when necessary.
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough.
- Oversee all listings/offers through under contract.
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
- Update weekly ads and SM posts, advertise weekly.
- Creating and submitting a detailed profile of a property for sale or rent on the MLS(Real Estate database)
- Schedule photos of the listing
- Be in charge of setting up showings and lockboxes
- Crafting comprehensive offers that outline the terms and conditions of the purchase.
- Arrange for a thorough home inspection to ensure a comprehensive
- understanding of the properties condition.
- Mail Golden letters to potential sellers weekly.
- Other tasks as they arise.
This is a full time position with hours from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday
- Thursday and 10:00am - 12:30pm Friday.
Compensation is heavily dependent upon experience and includes paid holidays.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
