Business Office Assistant responsibilities:
Shift will be 6:00am-2:30pm, includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break
- This role is intended to provide support to all areas of the business office, with the main responsibility being to assist with patient check in when multiple arrive at once.
- Create a set amount of patient charts with accuracy, including making any add-on patient charts and ensuring all charts are up to date for the next business day
- Check in with business office manager daily to coordinate where support is needed for the day. This will include tasks such as afternoon patient intake and providing breaks for the front desk, scheduling, medical records, HR, and patient financial orientation phone calls.
