Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Attorney who is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services to our varied clientele. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with our senior partners and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Compensation:

$80,000 Base Salary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer legal guidance to clients by assessing their requirements and determining the best course of action.
  • Oversee administrative functions related to client billing, scheduling meetings, and completing necessary tasks.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare legal documents including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
  • Supervise administrative personnel, paralegals, and law clerks.
  • Draft various legal documents and correspondence.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in legal research software (Westlaw and Lexis) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a substantial caseload.
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting for at least 1-2 years is required.
