**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**

Administrative
- Complete and notarize all subcontractor documents as required
- Submit and manage monthly filings and submissions
- Maintain employee records and company certifications
- Purchase company supplies and equipment. Coordinate PO system.
- Basic book keeping and bill reconciliation
- Develop spreadsheets for tracking information. Qualifications

NYS Licensed Notary Certification

Tech savvy; Must be proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, Social Media, Adobe Professional)

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand

Resourceful, self-directed and able to work without supervision

Pay: Salary commiserate with experience

Pay: $19.77 - $23.80 per hour
